1. Return Period

Customers may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date. Items must be unused, sealed, and in original condition and packaging. Please review our Terms of Service for full return eligibility.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Gift vouchers
  • Downloadable content
  • Final sale or perishable items
  • Opened hygiene-related products

3. Initiating a Return

To start your return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for return. Include photos if needed. We will respond with next steps.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost. For delivery details, see our Shipping Policy.

6. Exchanges

We only replace defective or damaged items. For the same item exchange, reach out to us with your order number and issue details.

7. Missing or Delayed Refunds

If a refund hasn't appeared, first check with your bank or credit card company. If it's still not resolved, please contact us.
